    • Dublin Living Wall
    • Living wall in the courtyard entrance space

This new mixed use development on Dublin’s riverfront aims to mix the old with the new by maintaining the original brick built tramway facade and large timber doors whilst adding a new six storey office complex. It was important to preserve the industrial heritage of the site.

The front courtyard area with four storey living wall means that the new building is set back front the protected structures on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay. The aim was to create a workplace that would contribute to business success by increasing health and wellness and facilitating collaboration.
