    Biophilic Design

Biotecture at BRE Wellness & Biophilia Symposium, 6-7 June 2019

As core partners of the BRE Biophilic Office research project, Biotecture will be speaking and exhibiting at the launch event for The Biophilic Office on 6-7th June at BRE, Watford

    8th May 2019 | By Miriamme Rose

The Biophilic Office is a long-term research and demonstration project from BRE, focusing on how nature-inspired, biophilic design and technology can foster occupant health and wellbeing, and create better business outcomes all round – themes such as lighting, acoustics and enrichment from plants feature in the The Biophilic Office.

In our typical office environment in the UK, up to 60% of staff don’t have sufficient access to daylight.  At this launch event, there will be a variety of speakers plus the latest research and a table-top exhibition, around the theme of The Biophilic Office.

Richard Sabin, Biotecture MD & Founder will be speaking as follows:

    Thursday 6 June @ 16.45 – CDP Session:  Reconnecting People & Nature
Friday 7 June @ 11.30 – Panel Discussion: The Role of Technologies in Improving Health & Wellbeing
