In October the UN’s annual COP26 climate conference will have a day dedicated to the built environment with the aim of “advancing action in the places we live, from communities, through to cities and regions”. At Biotecture, our mission is to transform urban environments for the benefit of people and the planet.

Biotecture’s Managing Director, Richard Sabin recently presented a webinar as part of a four-part mini-series, hosted by NBS, in the run up to COP26. The session – ‘Sustainable specification outcomes for the construction industry’ is available to watch online now.

Richard talked about the importance of green infrastructure, and how living walls can be integrated into the urban environment, helping to cool our buildings, reduce air pollution and increase biodiversity.
